Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a type of physical treatment that aims to help restore movement and improve the flexibility and strength of joints and muscles following an injury or illness, or if you have a long term health condition or a disability affecting your movement.

Our new Physiotherapist, Claire Pring, is a committed, caring and approachable physiotherapist with a real passion for helping people of all ages; with a particular interest in working in rehabilitation with sports people, especially adolescents.

She has previous experience in supporting a variety of patients ranging from children with terminal cancer and developmental delay to the elderly affected by acute medical or neurological conditions, as well as high level sports people having worked in semi and professional sport.

She qualified from University of Birmingham and initially spent time in the NHS working within departments such as stroke, A&E, acute medicine and women’s health. She then took the step into Private MSK physiotherapy, as well as working at Norwich City Football club academy and Birmingham Moseley rugby club.

Alongside physiotherapy, Claire also offers a wide variety of treatments including acupuncture, clinical pilates, shockwave therapy and sports massage. She can help maintain or restore your health, through physical examination, diagnosis, education, physical intervention, rehabilitaion and give the advice to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
